What you can reserve
Every option includes self-serve access to all 12 flavors and the full 70-topping wall. Final pricing depends on your group size and the day of the week.
Reserved party corner
Our seating nook, roped off and decorated for your group, while the shop stays open to everyone else.
- Reserved tables and a spot for gifts or cake

Half-shop reservation
Half the dining room is yours — enough room for a team, a class, or a big family — with the counter still open to walk-ins.

Full private buyout
The entire shop, doors closed to the public, for the length of your event. Best for corporate parties and big celebrations.

How booking works
No deposit is charged until you've seen a written quote and said yes.

Lock in the date
A deposit holds your slot. The balance is due the day of the event, after the final scale reading.
Show up and swirl
Arrive 15 minutes early to drop off decorations. We handle the rest — including cleanup.

Event questions
Can we bring our own cake or cupcakes?
Absolutely. Bring the cake, we'll bring the froyo. Plates, forks and napkins are on us, and there's a table set aside for it.
How does the pay-by-the-ounce pricing work for a group?
Two ways: guests can pay as they go at the regular per-ounce price, or you can prepay a flat per-guest amount and we'll cap the cups at that size. Most party hosts prefer prepaying so there's no line at the register.
Is the whole shop closed during a buyout?
Yes — during a full private buyout the doors are closed to the public for the length of your event. Half-shop reservations keep the counter open to walk-ins.
Do you do off-site events?
We can bring pre-packed cups to nearby schools and offices for larger groups. Mention it in the notes and we'll quote it out.
What about allergies and dietary needs?
We always have dairy-free, gluten-free and no-sugar-added options in the lineup. Tell us about any allergies in the form and we'll set aside dedicated scoops and toppings.
